Returns & Exchanges
If the size of your sports kit does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.A request for exchange must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping of the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team at info@pushback-hockey.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
- Once approved, send the item back to our designated return address (provided upon approval).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement size.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where the item is proven to be defective or incorrect due to our error. In such rare cases, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We do not offer exchanges for reasons other than sizing (e.g., change of mind, style preferences).
- If your desired size is unavailable, we can offer store credit for future use.
